Make sure you saved your mailbox on the setup page while signed in with the same Google account you use in Claude. If you used a different email, sign into Claude with the account you set up with — or re-save your mailbox under the right account.
Go to the setup page, sign in, and re-enter your details — it replaces the old ones instantly. Or just tell Claude "update my Axigen mailbox".

Cancel anytime from the Stripe receipt/portal link in your confirmation email. Access stops at the end of your billing period (or immediately if you cancel during the free trial).
Yes — on the setup page there's a "Remove mailbox" option. Your details are deleted from our encrypted store.
