Do I need to be technical?

No. If you can enter your mailbox email + password once and sign in with Google, you’re set. The whole thing takes about five minutes.

Is my mailbox safe?

Your mailbox login is encrypted and tied only to your account — no one else can use it, and we never see your mail. You can remove your mailbox any time.
